Anil SHARMA is a visionary sports leader whose impressive career spans over 35 years of introducing, promoting, and developing various sports in India.

 

A true pioneer, he was instrumental in bringing Free Tennis (similar to Pickleball) to the country in 2017, organizing training workshops and compiling its official rulebook. Building on this foundation, Anil is a co-founder and President of the Pickleball India Sports Federation (PISF).

 

In his extensive career, he has trained over 20,000 players and coaches and held key administrative roles in multiple sports federations, contributing to official rulebooks and technical manuals. His leadership has been crucial in successfully conducting over 20 district, state, national, and international sports events across disciplines in locations like Dubai, Hong Kong, Thailand, and India.

 

As a player, captain, and coach, Anil has proudly represented India in over 50 championships in countries including Azerbaijan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.
