Serena VU is a key driver of The Pickleball World Federation (ThePWF)'s global expansion and digital transformation. Her mandate is to champion an inclusive and sustainable strategy that leverages cutting-edge technology to serve member nations and stakeholders, aligning ThePWF's mission with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the IOC's objective for accessible and sustainable sports development.

 

Modeled on her pioneering work with the VPICKLEBALL technology framework in Vietnam, Serena was instrumental in establishing IGB Joint Stock Company ("IGB Group") as the exclusive technology and communication partner for ThePWF, an achievement that underpins the future digital infrastructure for ThePWF and its Continental Federations. The partnership with IGB Group, a technology leader with a proven track record in Vietnam's Golf sector (integrating the sport into national education) and significant impact in Tourism, will provide a holistic platform with best-in-class solutions to revolutionize ThePWF’s global operations.

 

Serena is a current third-year majoring in International Trade Law at Foreign Trade University in Hanoi, Vietnam, where she specializes in securities and investment. She also holds organizational roles within the university's Securities Investment Club. Her cross-cultural communication is further enhanced by her involvement with IGB Group Media, where she has contributed translation and voice-over services to award-winning projects.

 

Serena currently manages both Country and School memberships, with a focus on designing sustainable benefit frameworks for member countries and educational institutions. She speaks English and Vietnamese (her first language) and has a basic understanding of Korean.
