Olga CALPAC-BERGHI brings a uniquely powerful blend of human resources, medicine, and sports governance to The Pickleball World Federation (ThePWF). As a 6th-year medical student, her purpose-driven philosophy integrates well-being, resilience, and equality aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and IOC objectives, extending her focus beyond athletic high-performance.

 

Her strategic mandates are:

 

• Gender Equality: She drives impactful progress by building leadership pathways for women across continental and national pickleball bodies, embodying the IOC's objectives for meaningful female representation.

• Good Health & Well-being: She leverages her scientific background to champion programs prioritizing safe sporting environments, mental health literacy, and injury prevention.
