Good Health & Well-being: She leverages her scientific background to champion programs prioritizing safe sporting environments, mental health literacy, and injury prevention.
Quality Education: She ensures ThePWF’s educational and training frameworks deliver inclusive, high-quality instruction that fosters transferable life skills for every girl and woman, enhancing global accessibility.
Decent Work & Economic Growth: She advocates for the creation of decent, professional employment and equitable economic pathways for women in coaching, governance, and administration across the sport.
