Leveraging his Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and pickleball instructor and referee training, Prince brings a transformative strategy to his role as Executive Vice President of Education and Training for The Pickleball World Federation (ThePWF).
He channels over two years of foundational experience into the strategic expansion and elevation of pickleball across the African continent, fostering a values-driven culture of excellence. His unique pedagogical and technical proficiency is pivotal in building the sport’s strong, ethical, and inclusive foundation across the globe.
As Regional and National Managing Director of Education and Training, Prince is a driving force for holistic community transformation, particularly in less-resourced areas. He leverages pickleball as a vehicle to cultivate resilience, instill discipline, and shape character through ThePWF's unique mentorship programs.
